This wine is produced in the Mornag A.O.C. area, located in the northeastern part of the country, widely opened on the sea and benefiting from a Mediterranean climate. This region honours the Carthaginian Magon, the worshipped Master of agronomy and oenology, who cultivated his grapes near the village of Majus in the south of Carthage and certain rules of whom are nowadays still used.

Made from Syrah and Merlot, this wine is aged in bottle during 12 months in underground cellars. It develops then a beautiful ruby dress with brilliant reflections, a powerful and fruity nose, a full and rich mouth of fruits and spices. A beautiful wine, to be savoured after two or three years, with a rib steak, gizzards in Provençal sauce, or beef in cashew nuts.
