The Domaines de Carthage varietal wines are produced in several vineyards situated in the Mornag appellation area, in the Cap-Bon peninsula. The variety of the microclimates and soils makes it possible to produce superbly distinctive varietal wines.

The Syrah grapes are hand harvested. Macerated for two weeks, they give a brilliant and deep coloured red wine with purple nuances. Its nose of violet, red fruits and English candies, its harmonious and well-balanced mouth allow it to accompany red meats stewed or roasted with wild mushrooms and a good goat cheese.
