This Sweet wine gives honour to the Carthaginian agronomist Magon, father of viticulture and oenology in the Mediterranean basin.

Passum was indeed the name he gave to a wine he made from overripe Muscat of Alexandria Grapes. We find in this wine the purity of the Muscat and the aromas of the Kélibia terroir.

This wine has magnificent deep golden color, a strong nose of citrus, powerful notes of honey, and lemon marmalade. Perfect as an aperitif, it comes into its own with cheeses, sweet desserts and fresh white flesh fruits.
