This great wine is produced in the Coteaux de Tébourba A.O.C. area.
This region located in the north of Tunisia, in the Carthage backcountry, is well-known for its semicontinental microclimate characterised by significant temperature changes, resulting in the perfect combination of freshness and aromatic strength.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are hand harvested. After cooling the harvest, the free-run juice is stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks where it undergoes a 15-day slow fermentation
TASTING
A shining pale rose coloured hue with slight hints of dark purple. The nose abounds in fruity overtones along with a slightly floral aroma contributing to its overall elegance.
This is a pleasant wine thanks to its fruity hints, its balance and its length on the palate.
ACCOMPANYING DISHES
During fine weather, when having friends round for a meal or a festive occasion, the Gris de Tunisie will not fail to delight your guests when served with a sea bream cooked in fennel, tortillas with chorizo sausage and cheese, a range of tapas dishes or a delicious tomato salad.
